In addition, the maintenance of slaughtering equipment is very important for the production of slaughtering line. Because there will be some normal wear in the production process. Therefore, maintenance is particularly critical.

 Working flow of slaughtering line:

1. pig hair machine is a kind of equipment for the depilation and hairdressing of pig after slaughtering. The equipment is divided into 200300400 model. According to the needs of customers, our company also produces a small type 200 type, which is suitable for small slaughtering and processing plants with slaughtering capacity less than 50 pigs per day and pig weight less than 500 Jin. After the pig is slaughtered, it is necessary to enter a special pig soaking pool for soaking.

2. pig soaking pool is divided into iron and stainless steel, which is more durable than iron. The hot pool is equipped with temperature sensor, and the distribution box has a temperature controller. It is to keep the temperature within the temperature range you set. Changing the traditional hot pig can only rely on the approximate way of hand feeling to test the temperature, so as to prevent the pig from scalding old or under scalding. For domestic white pigs, our guiding temperature is 60-65 water temperature immersion scalding for 3 minutes. The temperature of water and soaking time should be changed according to the different pig varieties and the local actual climate and temperature.

3. after the pig is soaked and scalded, use the control lever of pig hair remover, and use hydraulic rake to lift the pig from the hot pool. If the beating roller has not started to run, it is recommended to put the pig back to the beater cavity to prevent the pig leg from entering the gap of the beating block, and jam the pig leg, so as to prevent the pig leg from breaking. Hydraulic rake can lift 4 tons of oil well, long service life and good effect.

4. when pig is on the rake, start the operation button of the beater roller, and the control lever controls the rake to continue to lift. The pig rolls into the machine cavity for quick hair removal. The beating time is generally 15 seconds, the net gross rate is 98, the effect is really good. A large red emergency stop button is installed on the distribution box. In case of emergency, such as pig leg, rotate it after the problem is solved, and the button will automatically pick up, Start work again.

5. after the pig is depilated, the work of pig beater is completed. Pig should enter the cleaning pool for cleaning, then enter the next stage of dirty, inspection, split and other processes, and the slaughtering process of pig can be finished.

Working principle of slaughtering line:

1. When the ice in the refrigeration equipment of the slaughtering line reaches the required thickness, the hot gas discharged from the compressor is led back to the ice maker wall to replace the low-temperature liquid refrigerant. A thin film of water is formed between the ice in the slaughtering and freezing equipment and the wall of the evaporation tube, which plays a lubricating role when the ice falls freely into the groove under the action of gravity.

2. Through the water pipeline replenishing valve of slaughtering line, water automatically enters a storage tank, and then water is pumped to the diversion head through flow control valve, where water is evenly sprayed on the surface of the depilator, and flows through the wall of ice maker like water curtain, and the water is cooled to ice point, while water without evaporation and freezing will flow into the storage tank through multi hole tank and start circulating work again.

3. The water generated in the ice mining cycle will return to the storage tank through the porous tank, which also prevents the wet ice from being discharged by the slaughtering line machine. There are air-cooled, water-cooled or evaporative condensers. The evaporative condenser is installed in the place higher than the ice maker in the refrigeration equipment of slaughtering equipment, the water-cooled condenser is installed under the ice maker or the refrigeration system, and the air-cooled condenser is installed in the place which can be installed with the ice maker or outdoors according to the actual situation. Depilator can be used on board or on the coast, cooling with sea water.
