Equipment features:
1. Generally, there are six kinds of slaughtering equipment in the slaughtering line
1. Cattle planing machine: mainly used to remove cattle hair, to ensure the integrity of cattle hide;
2. Cattle electric hemp device: it is a manual hemp electric tool mainly used to knock out cattle temporarily, which is convenient for slaughtering;
3. Cattle bridge type split saw: This equipment is mainly used in slaughtering line for split half of dissected Cattle Carcass, which is convenient for storage and transportation.
4. Cattle washing machine: the main function is to clean the slaughtered cattle to avoid cross infection and ensure the sanitation.
5. Cattle tripe washing machine: tripe washing machine is a common equipment for cleaning tripe, which is easy to use and can effectively improve work efficiency.
6. Hoof beater: the hoof beater solves the problem of difficult removal of hoof hair, saving time and effort.
In addition, the maintenance of slaughtering equipment is very important for the production of slaughtering line. Because there will be some normal wear in the production process. Therefore, maintenance is particularly critical.
Now, with the continuous development of some large-scale and well-known meat processing plants in the market, slaughtering line manufacturers also continue to develop.
1. When the ice in the refrigeration equipment of the slaughtering line reaches the required thickness, the hot gas discharged from the compressor is led back to the ice maker wall to replace the low-temperature liquid refrigerant. A thin film of water is formed between the ice in the slaughtering and freezing equipment and the wall of the evaporation tube, which plays a lubricating role when the ice falls freely into the groove under the action of gravity.
2. Through the make-up water valve of the slaughtering line water pipe, the water automatically enters a water storage tank, and then the water is pumped to the splitter head through the flow control valve, where the water is evenly sprayed on the surface of the Tuo wool machine, flows through the wall of the ice maker like a water curtain, and the water is cooled to the ice point, while the water that has not been evaporated and frozen will flow into the storage tank through the multi hole tank to start the circulation work again.
3. The water generated in the ice mining cycle will return to the storage tank through the porous tank, which also prevents the wet ice from being discharged by the slaughtering line machine. There are air-cooled, water-cooled or evaporative condensers. The evaporative condenser is installed in the place higher than the ice maker in the refrigeration equipment of slaughtering equipment, the water-cooled condenser is installed under the ice maker or the refrigeration system, and the air-cooled condenser is installed in the place which can be installed with the ice maker or outdoors according to the actual situation. Depilator can be used on board or on the coast, cooling with sea water.
