Operation process:

1. After the equipment is in place, first check whether the equipment is damaged and the parts are loose. First solve and confirm that there is no problem before entering the next step.

2. Pour 60 liters of hydraulic oil into the hydraulic station, turn on the power switch, the equipment starts to run, press down the hydraulic switch, and the rake falls into the soaking pool.

3. Put the slaughtered sheep into the water with 65 ℃ water temperature (depending on the variety and various factors of the sheep, the water temperature shall be subject to the local actual situation). After soaking for half a minute, lift the hydraulic switch, pick up the sheep with the rake, slide them into the beater and start to beater.

4. About 30 seconds, after the sheep body is unhairing, step on the pedal under the hydraulic station of the equipment, clutch and release the sheep bar, the sheep body rolls with the wool roller, smoothly turns out of the equipment, and the wool is finished. Working process of slaughtering line:

1. Automatic conveying line for bleeding

The bleeding automatic conveying line is mainly through the hoist or its own lifting device to lift the wool sheep into the sheep bleeding track line for bleeding and bleeding.

2. Sheep pre stripping automatic line

The pre stripping automatic line mainly transports the bleeding wool sheep forward through the automatic production line, so that the workers can pre peel the wool sheep.

3. Balanced pre stripping

The hooks of the bloodletting / pre stripping automatic conveyor line hook the hind legs of the sheep, and the hooks of the wracking automatic conveyor line hook the two front legs of the sheep. The speed of the two automatic lines is synchronous, the abdomen of the sheep is upward, the back is downward, and the sheep moves forward in a balanced way. In the process of conveying, the sheep is pre skinned, which can effectively avoid the wool sticking to the carcass in the process of pre stripping.
