Planing

2,、 Singed hair
It is very difficult to clean pig body after shaving. There will be some small soft hair and bristles on the nose. Therefore, the residual hair after shaving should be further cleaned. At present, flame singeing technology is commonly used. The process is composed of drying, singeing, blackening and polishing. It can clean the surface of pigs to a large extent, reduce microbial pollution and improve the sanitary quality.
1. Dryer
The equipment is used to pat and dry the pig carcass after planing, so that the residual hair is erect and easy to fire.
2. Singed hair
It can be divided into manual singeing and automatic singeing. Artificial singeing is to singe pig carcass with torch. Automatic singeing means that the carcass of pig is singed automatically when passing through the singeing equipment.
3. Blackening
There are some black spots on the surface of pig carcass after singeing, which need to be scraped manually or polished by equipment.
4. Polishing
The nylon whip strip inside the machine taps and cleans the surface of the pig carcass to further remove the black spots on the surface.
